    Doesn't it depend upon the ambiguous definition of "e-penis"?

    I'm sure I'm not thinking of a definition that matches everyone else's. Come to think of it, I'm pretty confused. Amused, but still very confused.

    i'm also shocked. e-penis might not be the same thing as e-dick... some people might simply be voting for the person they like the most (stupidly). I can't really understand how the vote could be so close any other way, unless...

    I deem this competition is ingenious: Rarely do you see voting contests where a part of the audience thinks voting for a candidate is a good thing and the other part thinks it's a bad thing.

    Even Complich with his supreme statistical analysis skills would be left totally baffled when it comes to predicting outcomes of such situations (except for some obvious cases).
