I actually downloaded this and 312 from DeSiBoY. But I can't honestly recommend that line of action for anybody else. They were pretty horrid subs, and that's much coming from me, because generally speaking I'm quite tolerant what comes to subs. From now on I'll just wait for Vegapunk patiently.

Merry showing up is pretty much the most deus ex machina thing ever though.
It was, sure. But it's pretty obvious that Oda's been planning it since at least the Skypeia arc, when he introduced Merry's Klabautermann. Luffy and Ussop's fight was all about how Luffy didn't trust one of his nakama. Luffy finally understands what Ussop meant. Also, Ussop continued to fix Merry, up until CP9 showed up at Franky's garage.Originally Posted by DarthEnder
