It seems a bit like a double-edged sword (in terms of population growth) check 215 and 218. Both of those places are overcrowded, yet they need more babies. I actually LOL'd at one of the article Ryl posted which suggested shipping the elderly to Thailand and the Philippines. However, if neither of these countries does something about this, their cultures won't exist at all in a few generations.
