somalian pirate floats ashore w\ his cut of the boat ransom...

what i dont get is that they say the family was working on drying out the money. Shouldn't the money be going back to its rightful owner? If a bank robber robs a bank, gets killed... the police don't give the money to his relatives. wtf

they obviously didn't think of an exit strategy when planning this. Take over boat in the middle of nowhere waters... collect ransom... jump into water and hope you're able to make it to shore alive?

Police? Somalia? The language of the country in question does not recognize the word, I'm afraid.

What a sad reason for someone to lose their life.

The dad should be sad. The mum would be sad. The son is sad.

Really, if what the article says is true, he should be jailed. I'm pretty sure there's no Halo 3 there.

And another argument for a sick anti-gamer community... great...

Stupid cause, stupid kid. WHY THE F**K he killed his parents for not letting him play one stupid game!? Just get a life... You can't play it now? get other game, you can't play any game? bear with it, there will be chance in future - games are not necessary for living(but they are fun - true). It's nearly as stupid as suicide(i never pity those idiots)

Like your job? Well, this one might be better.

Laze around on an island all day for $103,000? Count me in!

Would you take that job if there was no internet access on that island?

For God will not permit that we shall know what is to come... those who by some sorcery or by some dream might come to pierce the veil that lies so darkly over all that is before them may serve by just that vision to cause that God should wrench the world from its heading and set it upon another course altogether and then where stands the sorcerer? Where the dreamer and his dream?

I would definitely take the job over internet access. Big money makes the big decisions and sometimes you have to leave the one you like for the one you love, and I love this Job. If T-mobile has coverage on the Island, I would be able to still have internet connection thru my G1. I use my internet on my phone for everything I’m even on it right now on GotWoot

    It was a hypothetical question.

We were discussing being a stay-at-home dad in the flame pit. Just found this article from some pansy who couldn't hack it being a stay-at-home dad:

I'd love to be a stay-at-home dad someday. That guy's article didn't say any more than the obvious "babies are harder to take care of than you think."

<@Terra> he told me this, "man actually meeting terra is so fucking big", and he started crying. Then he bought me hot dogs

Queenslanders don't laze around and snorkel all day

    I wish!

Mark Petric, who is a minister at New Life Assembly of God in Wellington, testified that his son came into the room and asked: "Would you guys close your eyes? I have a surprise for you."

The father, who recovered from the shooting, testified that he expected a pleasant surprise.
Then his head went numb from a gunshot. His wife, Susan, 43, died of gunshot wound to the head.
This part really got to me. Can you imagine what the Father must be feeling?

Teenagers these days are so angry and destructive.

It's a pity he gave up so soon. My Dad's a stay-at-home one who also works and he manages things far too well. But I guess it's not for everyone.

Girl sells her virginity for 3.7 million dollars to pay for school

Seriously, why would you pay that much for a virgin anyway?

Not surprised that Stern's behind this. Also, why isn't this considered prostitution?

    Anyway:
275-Pound Woman Says Hospital Told Her to Use Zoo MRI

And it seems the idiots who named their son Adolf Hitler are having their children taken away: http://www.nydailynews.com/news/2009..._removed_.html

I actually don't agree with that decision. It seems like the government overstepping a few boundaries, regardless of how retarded the names are.

She says she's a capitalist, but won't necessarily sell to the highest bidder? LIES!

And about the woman's comment about her MRI scan:
"They should make these to fit most everybody."

Just think about that one lady.

    Romano’s Macaroni Grill Dessert Ravioli
    1,630 calories
    74 g fat
    33 g saturated fat
    1,150 mg sodium
    223 g carbohydrates

Would you eat a Quarter Pounder for dessert? How about four? That’s how many it takes to match the calorie-load of this decadent dish. It’s the quickest way to ruin what may have been a sensible dinner. (Then again, if dinner was at Macaroni Grill, chances are it was anything but sensible.)
The article open my eyes to alot of things...fast food kills ... and the part about quater pounder for dessert how about four made me laugh the way he pitch it.

Jesus Christ. Baskin Robbin's Oreo Shake. I actually remember looking at the nutritional value for the Heath Shake that it mentions, but this one does my head in.

2,600 motherfucking calories. That is, as they said, literally a day's worth of calories in one drink. With 260 grams of sugar. Thinking about it makes me feel ill.
