Just started this show and am looking for all of Triad's releases before the show was licensed (how many that may be). I already have their version of episodes 01-13. Thanks in advance.

That will be very hard to find... you can try some random fservers in irc, probably in some big channel in irc.rizon.net

Else you can try emule. The group dropped it after releasing episode 21. I'm waiting for Ayu myself to finish it to get the rest of the series, they are at episode 20. Ayu is also using a dvd source if not mistaken, so it may be worth it to get their version.
