TV: Drive

Well the two hour premiere is tonight Sunday on Fox. I think this will be a really good series, and a good substitute for my Prison Break dosage. From what I remember it has the lead character from Firefly, the blonde chick from Prison Break (the one who worked with the dad), and one of the terrorists from Sleeper Cell, and plenty of others you'll recognize.

There should be plenty of good drama and action.

Drive follows the lives of a group of Americans racing each other in a sinister and possibly mortal cross-country race. Each has a special reason to compete - and each must win. Among the racers are two brothers in a stolen, pimped-out Cadillac that carries secrets of its own, a man trying to find his missing wife, a scientist and his teenage daughter, and others. No one knows who they're racing or where the finish line is, so anything is possible.

Drive is produced by 20th Century FOX Television and distributed by the FOX Television Network. The series has been given a 13 episode initial order.

I think the series has been pretty good so far, some good characters, decent action, the car scenes are great, and a decent plot to get you through the episode. I'm going to stick with the series, I'd say it's a good replacement for Prison Break.

I watched the 3 episodes yesterday. I will for sure continue watching it, I thought it was great.

I thought it was pretty good. I hope they keep the pace and don't screw up on the later episodes. Something in the first three episodes just give off that vibe, but other then that, it all seems pretty good.

Prison Break will be missed until the fall, but until then, this will keep me busy.

Nice, finally some people to watch this series with. I wonder what all those car crashes were in the movie theater, maybe it was recorded from previous races. So we've just had our first fatality of the series, and it came as a surprise which was nice.

I think this show should be 13 episodes as planned, and not dragged along. A good action packed 13 episode series is always welcomed.

Wow, I didn't see that coming. I thought Drive was great, and I was looking forward to seeing it on Monday... I'm kind of pissed off right now, I'll miss the show. Damn.
