I feel kinda bad for konohamaru. Thanks to Naruto, he's going to become the world's weakest ninja.

I disagree. Konohamaru had the skill and creativity to combine 2 of Naruto's jutsus into 1. He completely distracted Sakura (and shut her up) and would've made Jiraiya bleed to death through his nose with a female version.
I'm sure Konohamaru has some skills. He is trained by Ebisu, after all. It isn't like he just trains harem jutsus every day.
I find it a little weird that Zabuza's sword is still there after so many years. And it looks in perfect condition too. So close to a bridge? Surely somone picked it up.
Awesome chapter! Suigetsu looks female when wearing clothes.
I think I know precisely what I mean
when I say it's a schpadoinkle day
Maybe it was too heavy for anyone to pull out =P.Originally Posted by Raven
Wow this chapter, haha. One of my classmates seems to have some freaky fetish to draw Sauske and Naruto in weird male on male positions. I'm sure she'll get a kick out of this one.
But very male when naked! I wonder if the other two Sasuke will recruit will be naked too. If they are, I'm expecting an onslaught of yaoi doujinshi, plus the yuri ones that Konohamaru has just inspired.Originally Posted by Raven
The sword didn't look exactly to be in perfect condition, it was rusty and stuff. I'm guessing nobody took it because they knew how it had gotten there, and thus had some respect for it... or something.
The following chapters will probably be about Sasuke and his new team, but what the girl said in the last panel made me wonder if Orochimaru is really really dead. The chakra she sensed can be Sasuke's, but... well, it's just weird to think Orochimaru is dead, so... maybe I'm hoping.

Yep... Have you heard the legend about a sword in the ground? Only a chosen one will be able to pull it out.Originally Posted by Kensee
Sakura's nose bleed was icing on the cake for that moment, considering Naruto lacked one. Someone is a little more perverted than she claims to be.
I don't know if it's ok to ask this here, but I just have a question on the translation for this chapter:
When Naruto and Sakura react to Konohamaru's Nude Jutsu, Naruto goes, "そうきたか―ッ!" and Sakura goes, "そうくるの―ッ!" It got translated to, "What a game plan!"
I'm just wondering, is that really a direct translation for what they said? Or just an English equivalent? Or is there really a direct translation at all? Cause I never would've figured out what they were trying to say.
Great chapter! I was wondering more about the power of this Suigetsu when he held Sasuke at "gunpoint"; maybe he has water bullets?
I wouldn't translate Sakura's exclamation any different from Naruto's. The basic verb there is "Kuru", which Sakura uses in its plain form: くる, Kuru, while Naruto uses the past tense; きた, Kita. But for me, at least, that doesn't change the meaning. If anything, it would me likeOriginally Posted by Souda
Naruto (before the jutsu): Come on!

Naruto: You came like that!!?
While Sakura would be
Jutsu! Sasuke/Sai OMG
Sakura: You come like that!!?
But it sounds kinda awkward. I'd say they say the same (and I say translating after two beers shortens my vocabulary), they just change the entonations.... which makes Sakura sound more like Jiraiya than Naruto does. Add the nose-bleed and you have something rather scary.

haha, im not the only one who noticed that Suigetsu suddenly has stopped off at some kind of place in between villages and gotten himself a drink lolOriginally Posted by big_ac
kinda weird how sasuke is teaming up w\ him being one of the swordsmen related to zabuza just as itachi is teamed up w\ kisame who is also one of the 7 swordsman... cant wait for the next few chapters

Still not really sure where this "canon" term came from, or what even really means

canon basically means that something is directly related to the main story, and is in accordance with the tenets of the main story's timeline. non-canon means that the subject material is related to the main story, but has no consequence to the story line; something like an imaginary occurance.Originally Posted by AssertnFailure
That seems a little too complicated. Canon just means "made official."
So is it official? Sasuke completely won the fight? His personality is in complete dominance? Orochimaru's soul is destroyed?
The only question now is ... did Sasuke absorb any of Orochimaru's techniques? Does Sasuke still have a trace of Orochimaru's intent or will in him?
Or is this just a successful anti-take over, where Sasuke did not absorb anything from Orochimaru, instead merely swatted him down and killed him during the process.
I'm going to bet that you're correct on that one. If you've read the Tenjou Tenge Manga, then it would probably be a power similar to that of Tessen Ishiyumi, who infuses drops of water with his ki (read reiatsu/spirit energy/chakra) and then fires them at very high speeds, creating, basically, a very versatile gun with near infinite ammo (the earth, and the human body for that matter, are primarily composed of water)Originally Posted by EinReB23
the gunpoint think, imo, was nothing more than a gesture that suigetsu "had" sasuke right there and Suigetsu could have off'd Sasuke if he wanted. it was [an attempt at] a show of superiority.
Sasuke not flinching or his heart not skipping a beat means that, even in that position, Suigetsu has no advantage over him.
Suigetsu is Sasuke's lackey.
You're jumping to a far off conclusion. It just means Sasuke isn't intimidated by Suigetsu. Suigetsu is still acting like he's superior to Sasuke or at least equal.
