I've often thought that maybe the final battle of the series would be Naruto vs Oro in Sasuke's body. Maybe that will come true.
Or maybe Oro retreated from this battle for now somehow and Sasuke smirked and walked away.
I think I know precisely what I mean

So yeah. If it goes as I say, we have yet another week to find out the conclusion of this fight....
i hope that sasuke is himself and not oro...or else it would be totally uncool...speaking for the claws of the hawk and the belly of the snake so sure of himself and then loose...so far we have seen a cool sasuke why to change now?
Another possibility is Sasuke pretending to be Oro. So we won't even know for sure until there's a confrontation with ItachiI like that route, even if it means torturous confusion for weeks =P
The way he looks at Kabuto, as if he was rather sad, makes me think he isn't Orochimaru.... he would've been smiling creepily and boasting about his new body and laughing "Kekekekeke" or "Kukukuku".
But then again, if Sasuke did kill Orochimaru, that upsets the whole power-balance thing...
Maybe they struck a deal. Half a body for you, half a body for me. Or maybe Orochimaru did get Sasuke's body and it'll be up to Naruto to be very main-character-ish and save Sasuke from the depths of Orochimaru's being, or something....

Maybe he did kill him in order to get the Mangekyou. They stated it would be your best friend. It's hard to imagine Oro to be his bestest pal.
Anyway if he did beat him then that would make Sasuke at the level of a Sannin. And maybe Sasuke was like = ( because Oro was to easy. I dunno.
I really hope Orochimaru isn't dead, although there are many ways in which to make them both survive this encounter.
As WD mentioned with the half half thing maybe Orochimaru or Sasuke in the backs of the mind. Now I want next weeks chapter already, heh.
Maybe the rumor about Orochimaru having a Jinchuuriki inside him is true. What if Sasuke managed to get inside Oro's head and release it into himself, similar to the way he blew up the Kyuubi in Naruto?
Also, every Jinchuuriki owner resembles the animal they have inside them. Shukaku was a raccoon, and Gaara had those thick lines around his eyes. Kyuubi is a fox, and Naruto has whiskers. Also... the two tails was a tiger, and the person it was sealed in had slanted cat eyes.
But since one-tails is already taken, I'm not sure where Orochimaru would fit in. And there's always Itachi's partner, since he resembles a shark but its never been stated if he has a Jinchuuriki.
Meh... time will tell, I suppose.
EDIT: Actually, I just looked it up and there is a snake Jinchuuriki in the Legend of the Tailed Beasts. Its the eight tails.

Considering that 4 tailed naruto wouldve beaten oro if yamato hadn't stepped in, I'd say sasuke would pretty much HAVE to defeat oro if he still intends to be a match of naruto.
