    I put alot of work into this one. I like it, but I'm not sure if you guys will. AnywayZ. it any good or is there too much ...stuff obstructing everything?

    I personally don't like the darker sand on the left side. Other than that it seems nice. Someone else could probably pick at it a bit more.

    Yep, with the exception of your grown-up Naruto one, all your banners have that blur effect that would make it clash too much with all the crisp banners currently used on the site.

    The first Bleach one took the longest but outcome was worth it. I kept tring to make the sword all glowy and his hair fiery. >.>

    Had to spend the last 3 hours doing an essay on Othello Act 1 Scenes 1-3 and summarizing each characters on top of color marking. These banners take too much time. I'm not making another one until someone else does!

    Wow! Great banners. The Bleach's banners are awesome! It's hard to choose but I prefer the second Ichigo one. It's more calm and relaxing.

    I know I said it takes too much time but I wanna make more! Someone make a banner! And whats up with the competition? If we start something I'm sure people will grab a soda, some fried chicken and get to work on some banners...

    lucifus, well, i almost wish you'd done a shittier job on your banner contributions.... i think you scared off almost all of the competition

    At this point, it seems like the only contest is going to be between all of Lucifus' entries. I'm eventually going to get around to making some 'lighter' banners (in the style Kraco talked about earlier, I'd really like a KKM and a tender Bleach one), but it might take me awhile... and chances are I still suck at Photoshop...

    We (mods and all that) discussed it. Even if we don't give out anything special to the winners, it'd be good to get acknowledged for your ability, and to have your stuff on the page. We concluded this was enough of a prize, but apparently it's not much of an incentive. Well, so be it. I don't give a shit, since Lucifus essentialy guranteed that the forums will have a new flavor throughout the next couple months, and I do intend to snipe some nice wallpapers and edit them to fit the frontpage, if worse comes to worst.

    Lucifus, you have my deepst respects. Great effort. And, you shouldn't really worry about the competition at this point. If you're enjoying making these things, keep them coming. You should take delight in it yourself, and know that everyone here will appreciate it as well (even if they don't post it).

    Lucifus feels honored. It was definatly a pleasure making these. Created at least three styles. I'll see if I can keep some coming. I'll try out master_me's style for some banners. But I really wish someone else would have tried out. It would have been kool to compare my own work to someone elses. Would like to see your work too.
