Im probably gonna get my ass flamed for this but oh well... I didnt find a topic for manga requests or anything like that so i wondered if this is the right place to ask for it. Oh and i checked the ''Can't find a manga? Try here'' topic but those links didnt help. Yes i did try searching the forums for the answer with no luck.

I'am currently at chapter 75 and i havent been able to find more. Translated manga that is.

I have been reading these forums for a long time now but until now i've had no interest to discuss about anything.

I just thought that there would be more since there are 107 chapters released. (according to wikipedia)

75 is the most recent chapter that has been translated and released. You shouldn't stop looking for it, you just have to wait for the new chapters to come out and d/l them then.
