    Kekkaishi

Nice, this is another series along with Kenichi that I have been waiting to get subbed! The manga is pretty good and popular in Japan. Like always hope it's just as good as the manga or better!

I'm right now downloading the episodes. Based on the description it looks easily interesting enough to check out.

Edit: Well, it was quite average all in all. Can't say these first two episodes would have presented anything that remarkable or memorable, or novel, but they weren't bad, either. The main male character (older version) has the same VA as Zed in Kiba, and he sounds exactly like Zed as well, if somebody is interested (the girl isn't voiced by Zed's girl, though, but Real's VA from Ergo Proxy, though)...

Well, despite what I said it wasn't bad at all, so I'll keep watching. I'm not expecting anything extraordinary, but at least this isn't a corny lesser clone like Busou Renkin, or something.

Just watched the first two episodes, and I liked them. Much better than I expected.

Browsed quickly the TW version, and it didn't look good. Bad font choices and bad typesetting were enough for me not to give it a chance.

This episode kind of smelled like a filler, but it was pretty nice nonetheless. Slice of life style, with Yoshimori's little brother in the middle. Best part of course was how Toshimori described his poor brother in order to keep his friends in check...

I enjoyed this particular episode too. It's a good break from always going back to the school at night. And I loved the part where Yoshimori opens the door in his cake making attire after all the hype built up by his brother.

And by the way, great avatar Kraco!

I haven't watched this episode as I'm not really interested in it, but I'm pretty sure that there was a chapter in the manga that dealt with the little brother and his friends, so there's a high probability that this wasn't really a filler, even though it does take a break from the main storyline.

I knew monsters bursting out of human skin seemed familiar, and I finally realized that it feels like Guyver. Man I liked that series a lot when I was a kid, though it was a bit gorey.

Finally caught up, was like 10 episodes behind.

Pretty good stuff as of late, things have gotten quite interesting since Shishio appeared, he's a cool character. I wonder who the final bad guys will be, because I don't think this group will be it... I have a feeling that the Urakai have some ulterior motives that will end up making the Kekkaishi their enemy. And Yoshimori's brother is as fishy as ever. I still can't tell if he's one of the good guys.

Looks like we'll see more of him on the next episode, and some more of that demon-user girl, I really like her. They should use her more.

By the way, any of you remember in what episodes were Yoshimori's mother and Tokine's father shown?

    Episode 30 <---h264'agee

    Episode 30 <---Avi'ageee

I am leeching it right now...will probably edit this with nifty post watching comments (yeah I know I will try to hurry up...so many people are on the EDGE of their seats right now waiting for my comments, and I don't blame them... since I am on the edge of my own seat waiting for the comments as well)

I am glad this show has been getting better and not worse like so many others

Pretty good episode, and next one is a background episode of Shishio which should be good... with him trying to kill his sister and all.

Aye. This was a good episode. Yoshimori has such a nice relationship with his brother. It's an interesting family altogether. Like Bud said earlier, it's impossible to judge if the brother is really a good guy or not. Keeps things more interesting.

I liked finally seeing Masamori show some glimpse of ... you know ... not being god.
