I just caught up too, and I'm glad that the series is getting more interesting. The back story of Shishio gave us a glipse of the other Urakai characters, and there are still lots of other characters which we haven't gotten a good look at yet. Masamori's the most interesting character so far, and it's fun trying to figure out whether he's on Yoshimori's side or not.

So far I'm leaning towards him being a good guy, especially with his Yagyou people having that carefree attitude, etc.
Looks like next episode we'll be seeing plenty from Atora and some training... I wonder if she has some training that will help Yoshimori too.
Anyways, I love the music in the series, especially the OP... what do you guys think about it? I like the "Kimi wa mamoru..." and "I wanna be your knight..." portions specifically.
I'm not too keen on the OP..... too much "sha la la la la la" for me, but I loved the previous ED theme, "Sekaijuu Doko wo Sagashite mo".

Yeah, the "sha la la la" portion sucks, but the portions I mentioned put me in the mood for the show, it carries the theme of the series perfectly, and it seems a bit powerful at times.
Masamori, I would think that he is generally on yoshimori side but he does wonder why he wasn't chosen. Also the fact that he wants to kill everyone on the council that threatens his family, more specifically those who want to take control of the land from the Kekashil.
He is twisted,sadistic and calculating, not to mention powerful but from what i have seen he pails in comparison with Yoshimori, that is if he ever learns to control and harness it.......

The fansubs are currently fairly ahead of the scanlations, by at least a couple of chapters... scanlations are up to chapter 68, and they just finished the fight where Tokine is held hostage, Yoshimori gets some awesome aura, and Gen gets his ass kicked while losing control.
I personally love the 3rd and 4th ending themes. I think they were sung by the same artist as the first opening.

oh man that was an awesome episode, a nice change of pace.
It was great seeing Shishio run in circles in his apartment when he heard Atora at his door. We get to see a completely new side to him now, i hope the new Shishio sticks around.

Anyways, cool episode... and next one seems to be action packed... looks like everyone is making their move, and even grandpa will have some action.

Episode 35 h264 - Yoroshiku
Episode 35 was great, but it was such a tease... next episode should be even better. The families are in danger, Karasumori has been breached by all of Kokuborou and Masamori has been sent on a phony mission.
Next episode Gen should do his complete transformation, and him being in Karasumori and with that egg, I'm pretty sure he'll lose his composure. So lets wait and see what happens. Even though I like Gen, he would do a nice sacrifice for the story if that were to happen. With all these enemies, I suspect that Yoshimori will go berserk as well like when Tokine was captured.
Yeah. The thing I'm certainly most looking forward to is Yoshimori's hidden, different coloured power. It has always been interrupted just before anything interesting could happen. It would be a high time to let us see how much ass he can really kick.
