    why is byakugan so underpowered?

    the byakugans not underpowered. it has near 360 degree vision and is capable of see withing humans and objects. its also augments one of the most powerful fighting styles. just cause it doesnt have a cheap ass ability that it automatically grants you after becomeing a douchebag doenst mean its underpowered

    I can only hope he was being sarcastic...Byakugan is only surpassed in brokenness by Sharingan. but at least Sharingan has limitations, Byakugan seems to last forever.
