    Even I had a longer attention span for that when I was 5 years old. My question is, why would they censor an anime so much that it looses it's very ability to fully comprehend, it's very purpose, so it becomes so... "imma watch this before preschool starts so I have something to do, but not really pay attention to it"? They could have at least put it on a teen channel and left it how it was, or something~

    I'm predicing that pretty soon they're just going to have to cut out so much content of an episode, they are just going to wipe out the whole thing, several at a time and not show them at all. I heard that happened with DBZ. Though I wonder how many avid Naruto fans will come out of watching the Jetix version.

    im not saying like they dont know about it at all im saying that because of how long theyve watched there naruto and theyve seen our naruto but they think theres is better because of how long theyve watched there naruto

    I mean iv watched certain anime in eng for a long time... and then watched the jap version and KNOW the jap version is better...

    I think what he was trying to say in the first place is that some kids might for the first time watch the Jetix raped version on tv and keep watching it never realising it's edited, unless they search the net deeply enough or some friends reveal them the real state of affairs. After that they would know they are watching an inferior version. But before that, there's no reason for them to suspect they are watching something compromised, so it's the "best" as far as they are concerned. Sure, a critical eye would spot the signs of crude editing, but we are talking about kids here.

    Well It's true that young kids may indeed love the Uk version of naruto, I think that the thing most people are complaining about is that they have turned a great anime into a show that only young kids can enjoy. Being fans of the uncensored naruto we of course find the amout of editing done to it painful to watch.

    If I was a kid young enough to be entertained by such a version, I probably wouldn't be able to understand what was going on in the show in the first place. (3, 4 years old)
