Jetix screws Naruto even worse

Sup guys? Ok well I thought the US version of Naruto was pretty bad. But Look what the UK version did! Its HORIBLE. Its liek watching a freaken slide show some times. I could have done a better editing job!

The fact that it's shown on jetix sends chills down my spine.. that would mean that Jetix in the netherlands might also air it.. but with dutch dubs..and believe me.. there is NO US-dubbed anime that comes even close to the suckyness of the NL dubs.. and knowing them, they'll edit it even more.

I thought those US examples were bad, cutting all the gore, but the UK version really makes it a little kids show..western kids, not japanese kids.
I'm curious how they'll handle the Jiraiya eps in both the US and UK versions. If blood is a bad thing to show, then an oversexed old man must be really wrong..

So in order from best to worse...

1) Japanese non-filler version
2) English & German version (I heard they are the same)
3) Japanese fillers/ version
4) Jetix version

I wonder what Jetix will do when Jiraiya starts going to strip clubs.. I guess I value fillers and Eng. version Naruto much, much more now! Thanks for this thread!

No, he isn't throwing the leaves. They were poking fun at the Jetix people who made it look like he was throwing leaves. In the original, he pulls the knives out and it shows him prepare to throw them for a second or two, then it shows the leaves fall down (from his movement in the tree I would assume), and the knives go towards Kakashi.

Haha If jentix gets hold of the naruto fillers and edits them you'll end up with a sin against nature, not that naruto will last long enough in the U.K. to reach the filler episode's considering how bad it already is.

I can't believe I'm registering just to say this, but you guys are missing the bestest part of thier plan. Not only have they made the show incredibly bad (my ears started to bleed when I realized they replaced "dattebayo" with "believe it"). If they are indeed just cutting out 'objectionable' content, they've got to fill it with SOMETHING. And of course, it'll probably be good old commercials. How perfect is that? Not only are they making the show 'suitable for all ages', they're getting extra revenue out of it too!

I think they are making it unsuitable for older ages... Only people so young they wouldn't understand anyway what they are seeing will be able to really enjoy that version.
