Hey, Lucifus doesnt own C.C. If anyone claims that they own her like Lelouch did in the episode against Mao (in which case he lied) I will personally hunt you down and kill you.

My girl character ranking:
3 - Haruhi - Self-centered, mysterious (tho she doesnt realize it), utterly eccentric, arrogant
2 - Saber - Awesome good looks, sheer coolness, tsundere, unbreakable sense of duty
1 - C.C. - Both of the above combined, plus she likes Pizza Hut

Still, its amazing the people in this thread almost agree that these 3 are top tiers.

Yet the discussion was between the choice of Haruhi and CC. And like I stated... since you have a patentend ownership over CC my choice would be Haruhi (well... she would be anyway... heck... female anime favorite characers include Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn, Hikaru from Magic Knight Rayearth, Sakura from CCS/Tsubasa, Tenten from Naruto, Kallen from Geass, Misa from Death Note among others... and from videogames BlackRose from .hack//Infestation, Alkaid from .hack//GU, KOS-MOS from Xenosaga, Yuffie from FF7, Rydia from FF4, Leena from FF5, Terra from FF6, Selphie from FF8, Ashe from FF12, Rikku from FF10, Misya from Ar Tonelico etc...)

Was I the only one that thought 24/25 was absolutely terrible?
First, the OP, they had over 3 months, but all they could do was some crappy sequence that looked like a fan made AMV, and a bad one at that.
Then there's just the Deus Ex Mechina, there's a limit to things... but saving Suzaku with a cat? Ok Sunrise, you just crossed the line; it's even worse than reviving Mu la Fraaga in GSD.
No one died... back to square one.
The cliff hanger... great, now we're going to see some major HAX next season for how Lelouch, Suzaku, Kallen, etc survived that. It'll probably be Suzaku's "survive" command.
Well, I was a little happy with the ED, I've always thought COLORS was one of the good points of Code Geass.

Yea, you're the only one. If you're nitpicking how bad these episode were, even though they were amazing, I don't know what you like. God forbid according to your standards it'd be some 2 hour masterpiece with a 3 billion dollar budget.

I don't think you were supposed to take the cat so seriously. That whole scene wasn't there to explain how Suzaku was saved (he could have been saved in any manner of ways, including not being shot at in the first place) but to either pay a tribute to the cat, who had a rather prominent role in the series - for just a cat, or perhaps it was a metaphorical last time the friendship between Lelouch and Suzaku played a role in saving either one - the cat was an acquaintance of them both.

Welcome to Sunrise anime series. You watch Gundam and some of their other series, I'd figure you'd be used to their style of saving people with ridiculous methods or mass resurrection.

When exactly were they ever on the other side of the line? Even Cowboy Bebop has a few.

I thought the cat part was a tad lame, and also the deus ex machina mode of Lelouch and C.C. taking down all those airships, BUT, they werent unbelievable.

Pets sometimes save their owners, it happens. Admittedly most cats dont care, but I guess all that biting just meant that Suzaku was a favorite.

The black robot IS that powerful. It would be more absurd if they didnt use it in that manner. It had to be part of Lelouchs plans, otherwise, they wouldnt stand a chance of winning. This is also another explanation why the black knights collapsed without Lelouch. It wasnt just strategy, it was also the lack of the massive firepower of Kallen and the monster robot.

If you get picky, it wasnt a perfect episode. But the good definitely drowned out the bad.
