I'm wondering about the other guy, I think he made his first appearence earlier. I wonder whether he just released the youma, or did he 'see' from it, or actually control it.
maybe they create youmas for these situations, and the scars they have on thier bodies is part that have become youmas...
perhpas they have a controled messuare of creating the youmas (draw the lines between reproduction, the process of male awakenning and self pleasure . really, I'm not about to spell it for you, I'm sick enough to think about it).
