I'm liking Hidan more and more now. The skeleton face was just damn awesome; It made me think of Skeletor (from MotU movie not cartoon).

but as we all know, there has to be a weakness to the technique... like, the shared damage effect only lasts for a minute or two unless he can continuously draw and consume fresh new blood from his victim...
also i doubt this technique is a two way thing... i think its only damage that hidan takes... otherwise it'd be a pretty useless one for normal people to use...

I think the secret to hidans "ritual" could be one of 2 things, either
1)his summon circle
2)the timing of him going into the mode
and also, we have to also remember that, Asuma was actually scared,that means something big is coming
