Mortal Kombat Armageddon will be the last fighting mortal kombat game for this generation consoles, the creators are trying to "clean" the ring by bringing EVERY character that was in a MK fighting game, all the way from MK1 to MKD plus 2 more new chars.
The game will have over 60 chars, and whoever dies in the game wont be coming back.
Characters confirmed: Shang Tsung, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Shinnok, Shujinko, Kai, Kung Lao, Quan Chi, Reiko, Kabal, Kano, Cyrax, Sonya, Jarek, Stryker, Rain, Ashrah, Sindel, Kitana, Johnny Cage, Liu Kang, Reptile, Baraka, Raiden, Kenshi, Li Mei, Dairou, Sareena, Tanya, Darrius, Noob, Smoke, Nightwolf, Ermac, Mavado, Kobra, Kira, Fujin, Frost, Havik, Jax, Bo' Rai Cho, Hotaru, Drahmin, Mokap, Mileena, Jade, Sektor, Hsu Hao, Nitara, The Dragon King (Onaga), Kintaro, Shao Kahn, Goro, Sheeva, Moloch, Motaro, Chameleon and Blaze.
There will be a Kreate a Kombatant feature in wich you can kreate your own character

There will also be a new fatality system in wich you can do some sort of "mini fatalities" wich becomes more and more brutal
The gameplay itself doesn`t change a lot, there will be Air combat, and a parry system (not sure how will that work though)
