Seems to be the theme....I remember natsu just ate his god slayer opponent's flames. Maybe Wendy will do the same. Its weird to see her eat air though. That's pretty convenient for her dragon slaying ability. No matter where she goes there will be food. At first I thought she might have had to eat clouds but air?! Thats pretty broken :/

So far her magic has been considerably weaker in attack power than Natsu or Gajeel's, so I wouldn't necessarily call it broken. I have a feeling the potential maximum is much lower in any case since her specialty is actually healing, not destruction.Originally Posted by toonice714

I think when they first intro'd godslayers they made it out to be lost magic from the abyss. Or wherever hades was talkin about. It's not broken in the sense that she will be a stream of power but that her energy source is always present. Natsu and gajeel have to go out of their way to find their mana source.
That hasn't helped her overly much. We have seen her multiple times on the verge of passing out from healing people.

It was indeed a good fight, despite the fact it half seem like a background event with Jellal trying to steal the attention and making me expect Chelia will explode like a nuke any time. But it will be jolly good (or cute) to see it animated in the distant future, nonetheless.
Anticlimactic battle....but I guess I shouldn't have expected an explosive bout where two loli characters are involved.

Jellal's way of escaping the predicament wasn't overly exciting... But I suppose those girls seeing his face will later prove some amusement. It would be funny if Erza was then standing beside him to face the others who suffered under Jellal's tender care. Now, that would be a conflict. Although I'd expect Jellal wanting to escape then even more than fight back.
Makarov and Laxus panicking when the first started to weep was a hilarious scene.
