    Unhappy dumb question

    well I just started using torrents today, and I'm trying to download a file but it makes no progress in downloading... (I'm using Utorrent.) could someone give me a brief simple tutorial on how to use torrents, or just tell me what I'm doing wrong by looking at this screenshot?

    You need to visit www.portforward.com to forward your ports so that you can download.
