Well, they'll be able to save Orihime some way in the future, as we know she is important and wont be killed, I like it better that they don't go in all swords blazing as people have mentioned would be the copy of the SS arc. Ichigo will most likely go back to the Vizards and start training a little more, I don't think we'll see much of it, but you'll see him use his power for longer.
I think Kenpachi will have shikai for sure, possibly even bankai, I really want to see what it would be, the devil!
I want to see Isshin fight also, I think he'll fight Aizen and die in an awesome battle, with Ichigo seeing his demise.
Kenpachi going shikai would make this the best manga....ever.
I think Ichigo, Renji, and Chad might go into Hueco Mundo. Maybe even Ishida if he decides to turn his back on his dad and help his friends. I wonder what the Shinigami will do to stop Ichigo from going, and maybe the Vizards might have to help Ichigo get past them. Im glad it seems like theres going to be alot of action because I was getting tired of the general war between SS and Espada. Stories are usually more fun when there are three sides instead of two.

Oh shit, I forgot all about Isshin...you know, if that happens Ichigo's going to do something stupid like rush in head first, get his ass kicked, then go "super bankai" or something...or he'll take Isshin's sword, bankai both of them, that would truely be badass.

Chad doesn't go Ban-kai, he doesn't have a soul cutter.
however, if he getts touch of the super special super weird super whatever it is matrial that Aizen has been trying to crack open, he's gonna get a serious power up. In case you didn't notice, Chad has the powers of a hollow, and since his growth isn't limited yet (due tp the fact he's still alive), he might be able to fully utiliyze the power of whaterver aizen lets him smoke.
on to Ishida, I say that he's gonna show up against Byakuya. Kenpachi will ask "who's this guy?' or "what's his worth?" and Byakuya will say Ishida is simply a small fry, then he'll eat a good rei-arrow to the face and ishida will put on one of his evil smiles.

Anyways, regardless of exactly how things happen, Ishida is definitely going to have a big role in rescuing Inoue. They have certainly not mentioned the three types of Menos for some time. I hope they bring it up soon enough and give us some background info on these espada and what kind of arrancaar they really are (Vastaroode or Ajjukaru [sp?]).
I think they need Orihime to go through a barrier that protects the key. Or something else that involves a barrier....or healing >.>
