Ok i aint been keeping up with Naruto much had other things to do (most involve large amounts of intoxicating fluid) so i may be somewhat behind on this but in all honesty i saw this coming a mile away
I started thinking about combinations and the effects (eg: Wind + Water = ice as with Haku) and also what types the characters where and then i was thinking about dark and light nature. It would (to me anyway) stand to reason that Itachi was fire type as it was stated that most of the Uchiha clan were. It would also stand to reason that Fire + Dark = Amaterasu (the black flames used by itachi) although not much has been said about dark and light nature other than a quick mention from Kakashi so this is pure spectulation.
And what if a person was to use Fire + Water would they cancel each other out or would he be able to make hot coffee whan ever he felt like it ?( would make an exellent starbucks employe)
Id have to go with Wind + Water Sub Zero was always my fave Mortal Kombat character

Lightning and Water. Two best elements ever. And lightning can create fire as well as heat. If Shadow or there was a dark element, that'd be my choice because if there was such element topic, the Shiki Fuujin technique would be in that and thats the best technique ever.
