    Long anime

    Hey are there any other animes that have a lot of episodes like naruto has or one piece or the dragon balls ? Most of animes have around 25 eps, some more like FMA ( 50 something) but I'm looking for something that has a lot of episodes and doesn't suck bad.

    Detective Conan is still going at 446 eps, Inuyasha was 167, Yu Yu Hakusho was 112, Legend of the Galactic Heros is 113 (80 something translated to date). I'd recommend Rurouni Kenshin but it's only about 63 good eps out of 95. All the series i've listed were/are popular, but that doesn't mean you'll like them. I've never seen LotGH but I hear good things about it. I've never seen Detective Conan and have never heard anything about it, i just noticed an episode 4xx on a torrent site and was impressed anything ran that long.

    12 Kingdoms... get past the first 3-5 eps (which made the show seem like a darker pokemon to me, although its anything but that) and you'll be VERY rewarded... it ends at 64.

    I also seem to recall a series with 1 400 episodes... I say it on animenfo or something, but i forgot the name.

    EDIT: found it... Manga Nippon Mukashi Banashi... 1471 episodes... started in 1975... i have no idea when (or if) it ended.

    Totally thirded. When I first watched it, I saw the intro and how sucky it the song and quality was because it was old and closed it straight away. So I had the first 4 seasons sitting on my computer for over a year before I decided to give it another chance. After I watched an episode, I loved it so I got the other seasons. <3 Akane's dad, he's cool.

    you can always go for Hunter X Hunter, 64 tv eps, and about 30 ova episods, a good action/adventure anime.
    minimum filler, maximum fun.
