holy snaps that was fast!
currently dling, cant wait to see wut this episode has in store!
Yamazaki!!!! They did a good job of sending him away, it was very touching and emotional, I don't think I ever liked Yamazaki as much as I did as he was getting on the train. I wonder what Satou and his Sempai will get into before Misaki finds them and makes jumps to a wildly inaccurate conclusion.
the song they played for yamazaki was pretty nice, but for some reason i feel that there is something going to happen like the game doing good from the 5 ppl it was sold too ^_^
"We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give." by Sir Winston Churchill"
Yeah, I also see the game doing good, some game developer might've got his hands on it, be funny if it turned into an anime or movie and Yamazaki's girl was in it as 'herself'.
Satou gets lucky with finding people he knows in very crowded places, they will probably go do this hatsumoude together instead of with Misaki.
I like how he's saying that without Yamazaki he'll regress back into a hikikiomori, it gives off that he was more cured some what. As he's been able to go into public places, especially a train station and walk back home without going crazy.
This episode was great!
It gave some insight on how miserable Misaki is, and that the story is starting to wrap things up
First the goodbye of Yamazaki, and now the goodbye of Hitomi... I'm wondering if Misaki will be next..
2 episodes left, and so many things to wrap up.. or a second season... *hopes*
Is there a manga of this series?
@ Harima: Yes, there is a manga but I've heard that anime passed it and is making up its own story.
I was quite surprised by how messed up Misaki seems to be. I figured she was just eccentric and helpful, but with a shady past but it looks like she was seriosly abused emotionally, if not physically as well. The way they showed Satou and Hitomi happily chatting away in different places as Misaki was always running around one step behind was nice, but after beien stabbed so many times with a pity knife it started to get annoying.

Satou's fantasy sequences about Hitomi were very well done. It showed that both of them truly regret not hooking up while they had the chance in high school and after 4 years of separation, they can't ever go back to the good old times. The goodbye scene was beautiful yet sad.
Another good episode and finally some insight into Misaki's background. It seems she was abused when she was a little younger and has had such an effect on her, that she turned out this way. As Yukimura said "I figured she was just eccentric and helpful", that's how I saw it also. It seems Satou is like the last resort to her life, and if he doesn't need her than no one else will, because in her opinion Satou is lower than her.
I wonder if she'll try and kill herself or something, and Satou saves her, a complete reversal from a few episodes back.
This is also a novel.
Wow, I felt something this coming but not like that. When Sato saw that contract he should have known something serious was wrong....It was basically a marriage proposal.
I know there'll probably be a cookie cutter happy ending but part of me hopes that he gets there too late and she dies and then he resolves to make something of himself in honor of her.
Will Misaki die?! Will the NHK reveal itself to Sato at long last?! Find out this and more by clicking this link! NHK Final Episode
Really nice episode, good conclusion of the series.
I'd really like to see an OVA or something that shows us what happens to them in the future, since the ending was kind of open on that area. (or I'm just too stupid to see it..)
Overall a great series. I impatiently awaited the newest episodes, and to me that is a sign of a good series.
And thus concludes another fabulous series. I thought the final episode was very well done. It was wacky but realistic at the same time. There was no melodramatic love scene that you see in most other series in situations like this.
Definitely one of the better series I've seen in my career.
A good ending, although I was dissapointed to see Yamazaki with a new girl and that the outcome of the selled games was left out.
I believe that Satou said that they had to face the truth: that their game sucked. He said it in the episode where Yamazaki left.Originally Posted by RyougaZell

I totally forgot to thank Oyasumi for subbing this great series
Wow. Don't watch this whole series in one sitting; you'll want to blow your brains out. We're talking Elfen Lied depressing.
Excellent, though.
Watching this in the one sitting would've been good, as after each episode you just want more, because every episode is great, I don't remember a bad episode.
Another great series that's ended and it was a good way to wrap things up, it showed what was needed.
