For most Pixar flicks, I go through a cycle that begins with anxiety and doubt and ends with a "Hey, that was pretty good!"
This wasn't the greatest Pixar movie ever made but it still had the company's trademark excellent storytelling and humor. So ignore all those stinky reviews and go see it and judge it for yourself. So comparing amonst Pixar films, it was okay. Comparing to all other movies in general, it was pretty damn good.
Ending credits were hilarious so stick around for them. And if anyone can explain to me the humor in the veerrrryy last scene after all the credits are done, I'd appreciate it. A headscratcher, that one was
