Kitara is pretty damn annoying.
The play was oh so bad but the episode was refreshing. Nice little break in tension with some comic relief right before the epic battle. Man that sonic mouth wave part was funny, makes you wonder if it was an alternate design for Toph lol. Looking forward to the last bit of Avatar.
That movie was awful, but I was never an avatar fan in the first place. Spent two hours laughing because of how nonsensical it was.
The best part was when she said "me and the girls bonded in prison" everyone in the room was laughing except for this one guy who didn't get the joke.
Dreaming impossible dreams.
Sapphire is awesome!
i loved it. it was the perfect ending. fights and art were incredible, and i really liked that they kept everyone, especially aang, true to character. i would've been disappointed in him if he had ended up killing ozai. it resolved all that needed to be resolved, but also left some hanging threads to show that not everything had an ending, and life does go on, like zuko's mother.
You just noticed? >.<Originally Posted by animus
Meh, I didn't expect any different. I liked it myself because of the action, but that aside it was in the same vein as the rest of the episodes.Originally Posted by Carnage
I don't know about you guys, but I doubt this is the last we've seen from this series. I'm fully expecting some sort of sequel movie or something... it has been quite a successful series to end it after just 61 episodes or so.
this is a horribly delayed response, but it doesn't look like there's going to be a sequel. according to the dvd commentary on the finale, the creators of the show believe that a good show must have a beginning, a middle, and an end, and they don't want to keep going, because they feel that the story of aang and his friends is over. i've read rumours that they're thinking about making another series about the original avatar, though
seriously, i've rewatched this series twice since the finale, and i love it more and more every time
