They ruined the whole thing by repeating the last episode. I am severely disappointed with the Haruhi people right now. They could have made it fit in the last episode, or omitted this one altogether.

Seriously, I think the people behind this anime are thinking a bit too much of themselves. You need to be a religious Haruhi loving fanboy otaku freak to enjoy watching this repetition anymore, and it's not even over yet, though I certainly hope it will be after the next episode.
Kyon's lack of initiative is getting annoying. He has kept himself a sarcastic observer far too long, losing any means of doing anything actively anymore.

well, what annoys me most is that i just never know if i downloaded the new episode. lol. already happened once that i deleted the episode because it started exactly the same..

This is about as artistic as an artist making colour copies of his paintings and selling them as the real things.
The broken chronology of the first season wasn't random either but deliberate. And it's not like it would have been anything unique as such, it was just taken a step further for the goofy Haruhi effect. Even something like Kara no Kyoukai movies aren't in a chronological order, so it's hardly a matter of life and death.
Yeah, I just got neg repped for my comment by one of them. The funny thing is, I consider myself a haruhi fanboy as well (relatively speaking). Doesn't mean I'm blind though.beware of Haruhi fanboys
@Kraco - I think the episode order during the first season was quite important. I have written about it in this thread before, but to summarize, the character development flows better, with the mystery developing better, and the climax placed at the right point. This episode repetition is just retarded, and isn't even a good way of making money, since they redid all of the scenes and changed intonations for the lines. It is deliberate, but deliberate doesn't mean good, I'm afraid.

Why are you talking to me? I liked the airing order of the first season. When I rewatched Haruhi s1 some time before this second season, I did it in that same mixed order. I have absolutely nothing against it, and liked it in that planned disorder.
I only said what I said in response to KrayZ33, who seems to think this inane repetition is equal to the play with the chronology of the first season.
Oh yeah, I must have mistaken your names (which both start with Kra-) when writing the response.
