The only one who's show any teqniques similar to the Sanin who trained them is Sakura. She's become a mini-Tsunade. If Naruto had learned to summon properly and that hair jutsu I might count the time jump as being somewhat succesful. But most likely he spent the time running around like an idiot interspersed with Kyubi training.

Now that Yamato has decided to keep Kyubi supressed the only skills we know Naruto has are clones and Rasengan. Sasuke whipping out Oro tactics would be awesome, since it would leave a glimmer of hope that Naruto might have a Jiraya move up his sleeve

Raikiri and Chidori are the same thing. It was explained why Kakashi calls it Lightning Edge (raikiri) when Sasuke first did the move vs Gaara.

yea both raikiri and chidori are the same thing. Raikiri meaning "lightning edge" was used because it was said Kakashi once cut through lightning bolt with it. Chidori meaning "1000 birds" (I think) was used cos the sound it makes whilst in motion is that of 1000 birds chirping and was a good decoy sound for an assasination.

Seriously, i really doubt jiraya hasn't teached anything to naruto besides controling the nine tail's chacra especially since he tought him summoning jutsu and rasengan so quickly. If anything naruto learned a few moves that the 4th had since it seems jiraya taught him moves he once had (hopefully). You have to remember when ever naruto's back is in the corner he comes up with something new so we will probably see some new moves from him soon.

Jiraiya teaching Naruto to control the kyuubi's chakra? I don't think he's capable... after all... didn't a 4-tail Naruto almost kill him?
