It doesn't nessecarily mean Yoruichi will train her, just that she's going there. For all we know Chad got fucked up by Renji too much and they need a healer, or they'll tell her that she's the key and Aizen will be after her or something like that.
Ishida might have his powers back though, major plus! But why does his dad know so damned much yet not bother with being a Quincy.

Ryuuhan is a veeeery mysterious man, with deep, dark secrets. Maybe he's planning on reviving the Quincy order to oust those pestilent Shinigami he despises so.
Well, my guess is as good as any, but I'd say that he's eager to restore Ishida's powers, bestow upon him the Quincy cross, send him on his way, and be done with being a Quincy forever.
