There's something weird with my webcam. I can take pictures with it and shit just fine, but when I try to put it on via MSN I just get the class black/white screen which I don't know the name for in english. But you know with all the black & white and the "bzzz" sound.
Does anyone know what I can do?

(seriously, maybe try using a different program besides MSN to see if it's a problem with your cam or a software issue)
