Yep your HDD is screwed...

7 - kernel - HDD timeout
13 - kernel - Dashboard launch fail - Non specific.
16 is Failure to set clock.

I believe your hard drive has bit the dust and can't boot to the dashboard since it can't read the .xbe(xbox executable) file from the harddrive...

Just wanted to throw that in, I know from personal experience that xbox Cust. Support employees aren't always the brightest and occasionally wrong in the diagnosis. But they we're right about yours. I wouldn't plan on getting those saves back though... Unfortunately.
