Asian women aren't supposed to be so full. One way to tell that Sora Aoi's boobs are fake is to examine her left breast. Start at her chin and pan your eyes straight down. There's a somewhat diagonal attachment for the left breast, while the right breast is perfectly round.
They're not perfect but they're still extremely well done in comparison to most of the boobjobs in the west. Look at Sky Lopez's boobjob...that's just horrendous. Oh, and Crissy Moran probably has one of the worst boobjobs in the history of womankind. Instead of "take it off," I'd much rather have her keep it on. A bad boobjob is anti-eye candy.

I'd say Korea is more focused on the face while Japan is more focused on...other parts of the body. They're still very focused on the face, but it's not to the level of Korea.
