First of all... You barely see Aeris in Advent Children. There definitely wasn't enough material to make any solid judgment on her. She could have been hot. She could have been so-so. We just don't know. Any decision you make about her is purely based on speculation (and imagination) and shouldn't be on this list.
Second of all... Rikku? NO. Rikku is one of those "cute" characters, like Yuffie in FF7. She's wasn't intended to be, and isn't, one of those "hot" characters. Yuna and Lulu were the intended "hot" characters.
Bah lulu is to goth for me, yuna to naive, rikku was just right. Cute chicks are the hottest.
As for aeris, pls check advent children's final credits for the splendor that is aeris, in all her hotness :P
