This one makes me feel like an anime character. I have the same hairstyle as when I was 2. Also the dog on my shirt looks like he's from Achewood:

I've always had the same hairstyle from when I was a toddler too, until the last 12 months. During then it's been yo-yo-ing from short to long then back.

Looks like you need to supplement your diet more. What do you weigh now?

Looks like about 145 or so. And that hat! How many photos do you have with that hat?
He looks about the same as when he posted a picture of himself at 135lb.
Of course it's hard to see the gains under a shirt and in this case without any reference point. I have the same problem, I look scrawny until the shadows accentuate my musculature when I'm shirtless.

Last I checked, I weighed about 147. Pretty good guess!
Also, I've never put up a picture with that hat before...

I knew it was a different hat. The other one has a wavy zebra pattern.

Looking at the picture, I'd guess he has a specific hat for every shirt.
That hat with that hair reminds me of the character "Bill" from Batman (1989).
