Nervous is what I was definitely not.
That's why the picture was awkward. I think that one was taken during Bohemian Rhapsody, just after the opera bit, where everyone started to rock the fuck out. Everyone's mid-headbang/air-guitar/power-stance and it looks kinda unnatural.
You should do Karaoke though, even if you can't sing! It's so great and you get over being shy really quickly once you realize that half of the people can't sing.

It's actually quite fun doing Karaoke or play Guitar Hero on parties. What's even more fun are Dance Mania and some hot Jacuzzi bath afterwards.

I was at Karaoke with my art club though, so they're not really the people I "hang out" with even though they're really a lot of fun once you get past various obsessions and annoying quirks.

i totally disagree, not because xanbcoo is unattractive or something like that (i don't even know who he is on that picture)
but what is wrong with hanging out with people who might look less as good as oneself. its not like those people in the picture look awfully deformed or whatever.. thats just stupid.
never heard of someone who chose his friends because of what they look like.(well ok i heard of people who do that but i thought thats only the case in american-high-school movies)

Hanging out with people looking less good than yourself will also have the effect of making you look EXTRA HAWT in comparison! So the "chance of getting pussy", as TS so modestly puts it, might indeed be increased instead of the reverse.
Well, there's also the theory that you get judged by the company you keep. If your hot, but your company is not hot, then a lot of people might tend to think you're not hot by some kind of mental superposition of the qualities of those you hang with, on you. Same thing for the reverse, if you're not hot, and you hang out with hot people, you might look better in some douche's eyes. I think that's how popularity works too. Whatever dude, hang out with whoever the fuck you please. When you want sex, go out and get it by yourself.
So the lesson we learn from all this is "Don't hang out with anyone at all!" !

His eyes look like those of a professional fighter. The multiple swellings and scar tissue give you that look around the eyes. If you're ever about to get into a fight with a guy with eyes like that, better to walk away.

True I happen to have a friend who is a boxer and he does look like that, Notice the swelling of the cheek and jaw area and what looks like it could be cauliflower ear.
