Nad's shoulder structure is quite solidly defined, its just that his face has feminine features. I'm not discounting that women with android body shapes can't have a similar structure, but it seems consistent with his chest shape too.
As for whether I could tell if you were a girl or a boy, I can't actually remember your shoulder structure so I can't say. Yes I know that sounds like a blatant trap to get you to post more pictures, but I assure you I am above such measures.
