In Finland. There wasn't that much snow in most of Finland during Christmas time, though. In Central Finland, where that pic was taken, there was barely enough to make the ground white. Now we have a bit more snow, though. The global warming is taking its toll.
Although I suppose you don't need global warming to make California snowless!
