The Story
So, the anti-gun people are going to get some mileage out of this one. Looks like the guy's ok, so that's good. Personally, I don't mind hunters. Sure it's dangerous to hunt with guns, but they're adults, they know that. They can make their own decisions.
Edit: I thought we could maybe discuss gun control... but meh, whatever.
What i don't understand is why they have a picture of this guy
what does this "Attorney Harry Whittington" have to do with anything.... a VP shot this guy when hunting. I'd say he is helping us trying to kill these money sucking tics. Yo media, get a better picture for this
Anyways, I could care less about this. Who cares it's not like he was trying to kill the guy! It's going to be milked to death by the media, and have then some lawsuit happen... and in a month we will have something else to worry about.

This is the third time I saw a reference to that story. I wish I'd have that much coverage if I accidentally shot some guy that got in the crossfire between me and a bird.
Note: Guns for hunting quails aren't quite as dangerous as normal guns.

Dumb story. It wouldn't be a story at all, apart from a minor mention in some local paper, if a vicepresident wasn't involved. People get wounded far worse than that or die in hunting accidents every year, after all.

Zomg, Im usually anti-gun, but this is ridiculous. The media has to turn every small thing into a big thing. The guy Cheney shot was his companion! It was an accident. End of discussion.
