I have mixed feelings about Gin. I think he probably has ulterior motives to that of Aizen. I mean he is always alone it seems.
Either that or he really is the true loyal son of Aizen.
But damn, Tousen just ripping apart Grimmjaw like that... the rest of the Captains and Ichigo have a long way to go.

I really have to say, dressing in white makes Gin, Tousen and Aizen look ten times better. Also, the arrancaar outfits look way better than those of the shinigamis. I think soul society needs a wardrobe makeover.

Anyone else think Tossen wasnt going full strength when he fought kenpachi? Maybe he was only looking that way so he could get fox head to fight Kenpachi?
Iono maybe he's always been this strong and just only showed it now.
That or Kenpachi is the narutal enemy of all of Tossen's skills/abilities.
I have had that thought as well, it looks like he was holding back, otherwise he must've got an insane power jump to be able to take grimmjaw's arm out like that.
I thought the scene with Jinta was a nice touch, looks like he was really worried about Uryuu.
Why are you guys making such a big thing out of Toussen? He didn't do anything in this chapter to warrant your "Wow, he was this strong" remarks... All he did was a cheap shot, and he succeeded at it...
After this chapter, it also made me wonder something... Why after the shinigami's getting into their faux bodies still look injured? Does the injuries somehow modify the faux body or something?
And also, this chapter doesn't "confirm that these arrancars were the weakest"... We've known that for a while now when they themselves said they were weak...
