People in my family have died, and people close to me as well. I did not mind donating their body to research or cremating them if they asked for it. I also have a donor card in my wallet in case I do die. Very selfish of people to take perfectly good organs with them to the grave. If it can help save someone's life, or further science along, I'm all for it.
Edit: Also, I want my body to be burned if its of no use to anyone, since its cheaper that way.
