I don't remember exactly when it was mentioned. I believe it was somewhere about when Oro summoned them in his fight with the Third. I remember someone (Psyke I think) posting a chart on the forums one that showed the relationship between all the Hokages.

Edit: Ah, here it is. This shows that both 1st and Second Hokages are brothers, it also shows that there is some relationship between all of the Hokages. (This incedently also adds credence to Yodaime theory and the "Konohamaru becomes Hokage theory" [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img])

Either that, or the other Hokage relationship is just who trained who, which makes more sense, but it still shows that the First and Second are brothers.

Totally Off Topic: Anyone else notice the glaring similarities between Orochimaru and Lord Voldemort? Quite odd since naruto was originally going to be about a magic school or something, but Kishimoto decided not to because of Harry Potter's popularity. Just wanted to get that off my chest.
