what proghram can i used to download the torrent and mro ehlp and suggestion plzz..

I recommend uTorrent, it's probably the best BitTorrent client out there right now.

Yeah, but take a look when that topic was posted, March 20th of last year. XD

uTorrent really is good.. The memory use is so low.. Plus it has most of the functions you will ever use. Including a scheduler, which I find the most useful.
