The second Naruto movie hasnt been subbed yet. I dont think that even RAW is available. When the RAW becomes available I am sure DB will be the first group to sub it.

That movie with Naruto, Sakura, and Shikamaru IS the second Naruto movie. And there are no subs available, not to mention a RAW as Jadugar stated. Just be patient.
