If you don't know what it is from you deserve to be beaten to death with a pink colored pencil. My favorite manga (and the anime, for what it was, was pretty good also) of all time.
oh, and the new sig is Delita Hyral from Final Fantasy Tactics, the best strategy RPG for the Playstation, possibly one of the best storylines in any videogame. It's a fanart I found on some Japanese website.
The quote "Don't blame me. Blame yourself or God." is one of Delita's many good quotes.
The other two quotes are not Delita's, but I always thought they had a big impact on his character.
"Animals have no God!" is Algus Sandalfi.
"How are we any different? Birth? Status?" is from an unnamed character who only appears in one scene, very early on in Act I. I think he was simply called "Fencer".
