It was a jackass way to die, he has always been an OK guy, but in season 4 he was awesome... Too bad he died in this pathetic way.

What I dont get is how the other guy got up after being pumped with drugs. The only explaination I can think of is that the guy administering the drug was actually against CTU.
It's a matter of dosage... Almeda took a full injection, while Robocop was being administered progressively...
Also, where the drug was being injected probably had something to do with the result...
And also, Roboco was probably also given other drugs and measures to keep the drug from killing him...
There are countless possibilities.
I seriously dont get what so many people see in this show. I have seen it several times but i just cant get to like it. I guess im weird. I particularly dont like how they constantly remind you of how much time has passed during the show. When i am watching something, i dont like to be made aware of the passage of time, cause it can actually enable you to figure out something turns out at times
That's the whole point.. you have to know the passage of time because events are foreshadowed at least 15 minutes ahead or so..
You're a TOTAL freak, though, for not liking this show. I mean, nothing personal! But damn.
Yeah i get that alot. I always hear people talking about how great this show is, so i tune in every now and then to see what all the fuss is about. But seriously, i just dont like it at all. Every time it ends, i just think to myself " man am i a sad sight, trying to watch something i dont like just to be like everyone else!"Originally Posted by The Heretic Azazel
I just can't find a more exciting, interesting, innovative show with so many plot twists and such. You never know when people die (quite often main characters, too.) Well, except for Jack. We all know bullets won't work on him.
Wow the body count is really getting up there. I guess its kinda like my friend bob says: everybod that jack bauer knows dies somehow". And i really thought that he was gonna kick the shit out of that pyschologist guy; hes a real piece of work, that one. Overall, preety good ep; mcgill paid a steep price though...even tho the whole thing was kind of his fault
Well that's your first mistake... you can't just tune in for the heck of it and see if you like it.Originally Posted by splash
You start from the very beginning, get to learn the characters and get attached to them, and then see if you like it or not.
Of course you are not going to like watching some random episode, you don't care for anything you are watching.
It's like the movie Serenity, people that haven't watched the series Firefly say it sucks ass... well of course, you don't care for the characters nor know anything about them. People who have watched the series think Serenity is an awesome movie in all sorts of levels.
I started watching this show in hour 8 of season 3, without even watching the previous two seasons(I just say all of season 1 on sunday).
I completely got into it without knowing what the hell was going on![]()
R.I.P Captain America.
^^^^ Me too. Kinda hard to catch it from the beginning without torrents, and shit, its quite time consuming to get through a season.
Jadugar I had to explain that to another weirdo person I know who didn't like 24.. you just can't watch one episode in the middle and expect it to be action packed, its all connected and sometimes it has to have some pacing.
WOW The ending of that episode was great I knew something was going on with the VP.
Episode 14:
It was great... I didn't like when the terrorist chick was going to get caught so fast, I was hoping she would become the new Mandy, but at least she got immunity in the end. She's hot, so she better stick for another season.
I wonder what information Palmer's brother has... if it's so important, I wonder why he didn't just talk to Jack. And Audrey being the source for the terrorist, I wonder how much of that is true... Damnit, I wish I could've seen the preview for the next episode.
The preview showed Jack interrogating Audrey and I think he shows up at the bombing site. Maybe she indirectly helped.
24- Episode 14
I see thanks. I like Audrey, but I hope Jack torures her a bit, it will just be plain awesome. Maybe with two electric cords from a lamp like he did with her ex-husband.Originally Posted by darkmetal505

Episode 15 was intense. I knew that Bierko wasn't the main bad guy.
Damn, i didnt expect jack to go all ike turner on audrey; i guess stress'll do that to you, And I cant believe he got tased and cuffed, but didnt get into any trouble. He really is like the king of badasses, and Aaron's the #2 badass to go along with him.
This was an extremely cool ep. It was great to see Jack interrogate Audrey but at the same time protect her like that.(which just means Jack works with assholes).
For some reason when I saw them approaching the facility to take out Bierko, I thought Jack would jump from that high without any rope and survive(my "Jack is god" mode kicked in).
Oh and I'll post what I put at another forum on who I think the guy who's doing all this is:
"I personally think the person who's behind it all is the VP, just think about it:
-He comes in just as the terrorists are planning their main attack
-he makes the president impliment Martial law so all the people of LA have to stay in their homes
-the terrorists try to set off the nerve gas that will go directly into peoples home and kill them
-he contacts Robocop to get men to take out Wayne Palmer who will ultimately blow his plan out of the water.
and since all of that failed, the vp is fucked"
