lol, aizens not gonna kill anybody, he might make them hollow hybrids...but it seems he only has one hoykauygu...thingy and i dont think he would waste it on anybody but himself...unless he has urahara's notes on how to make another, then he'd power boost tousen and gin but we know tousen and gin are still stronger than memos which he has on his side so he wouldnt kill his 2 strongest allies.....and also, i think gin is stronger than tousen, for one thing he hasnt taken a fight seriously yet, and another thing is he's never released past shikai.

Well it was never once stated that the crumbling treasure is used up when making a hollow-shinigami hybrid, I'm guessing it works just a catalyst, because even with Aizen as a Shin-hollow (and, lets face it, if it was one-time use, he would save it for himself) he wouldn't be able to take on the entire of SS at once.

I think his shikai has already got to Ichigo, I remember a couple episodes back Aizen did a little minor thing of moving his sword from pointing down to pointing up, or something like that, and it made a little sound.
