@Lucifus - If you like this type of ending, then maybe you should try Chrno Crusade or shingetsutan tsukihime, if you havent seen them of course
I also liked how they used Aishiteiru (I love you) rather than suki (I like you). Though it is true that in Japan aishiteiru is almost never used with young couples or confessions, it gave sabers last message the depth and feeling it needed.

Downloading both series right now shinta. God, i'm going to miss Saber T-T. Havn't had anytime to post on Gotwoot because i've been playing RYL2 nonstop, but had to stop to watch and comment on F/SN.

This may have been mentioned early but i cant be bothered to sort thru the thread since its large, and iam lazy. :P It would be awesome if they made either Unlimited Blade Works, Heaven's Feel or Fate/Hollow ataraxia into an anime, or at least translated the games. Fate/ Hollow ataraxia being a sequel to the Fate plot line.

^Man look, i do read the forums here dude. And i have the nipponsei OST for Fate/Stay Night. They do not have the ending song at EPISODE 24 <---- PLS LOOK!!!
This ending song is different from the normal one ok? Its the nice one where they play this song at the end of the very last episode, showing short clips of recaps of the previous epis and with long, long credits...
man.. this is an awesome anime.. sadly there are only 24 episodes... what a beautiful and kind of sad ending.. =(

Seriously, the foreshadowing was obvious enough to get a pretty good idea of who it was. The amulet is what confirms it was Shirou.
Seriously, no one would've noticed that if you didn't know what you were looking for. If you had no previous knowledge of him being Shirou, you wouldn't have noticed any of the clues that would make you believe they are the same. No one would remember the amulet that was shown for a couple of seconds in the first episode, unless you rewatch the episodes a couple of times, which is overkill.
To touch on what Bud is saying. That is spoiling and it's not at the same time
First for those that played the game the first campaign (Fate or what this series is based on) DOES NOT show the relation between the two. The other two Campaigns do so, in other words there is no reason why we need to hit on this topic.
If they do decide to make the other two campaigns into a series then yes you are spoiling right now, if they don't then it really isn't. So we can we leave it for right now

Meh, it's fine I think. Chances of another series happening is practically none in my opinion, that is all just wishful thinking... I don't think people would mind being "spoiled" now that the series is over, in fact, I would think they would want to be spoiled now to clear all doubts now that the series is over. And they are revealing Archer's identity with facts from the anime, so I see no real harm in what they are doing. Just keep a close watch on how things are being revealed so that it doesn't go overboard.
