Fate/Stay Night 6
What the hell is Emiyas problem? Toshaka almost got killed by a throwing dagger, so instead of just shutting the door and banding together with her he runs out into the open courtyard? The idiot should have been dead right then...

And could someone explain to me what exactly happens if a Master is defeated/killed? Does that mean the Servant is done for that particular Grail War also? Emiya trying to fight the Assassin all alone in the forest was so asinine. If he really cared about Saber hed summon her (or better yet, just keep her around him regularly) so theyd have a shot at getting the Grail, which shes probably after anyway.

Finally Toshaka decides to put away her indignation towards Emiya and call a truce. The girl is pretty smart. Its obvious Emiya is a natural and has great power. His Servant is also very tough. Pairing up with the naive Emiya to defeat other Masters one at a time is a great move. In the end it will leave her and Emiya, who is so easy to betray that its laughable.

This show is pretty good, but Emiya is really one annoying character. I wonder if/when anime will get tired of the selfless, upright hero protagonist... Theyre so one-dimensional, and unless the story is a tragedy their ideals will always prove to be the right course of action.

Humans are different from animals. We must die for a reason. Now is the time for us to regulate ourselves and reclaim our dignity. The one who holds endless potential and displays his strength and kindness to the world. Only mankind has God, a power that allows us to go above and beyond what we are now, a God that we call "possibility".

When the Master dies, the Servant no longer fights in the Grail War. Tohsaka said that they could kill the Servant, but it is a lot easier to kill the squishier Master.

Emiya is...chivalrous. He doesn't want to put Saber in danger if he doesn't have to. Saber is still hurt from the Berserker incident, even if it doesn't look like that. He still has illusions of hero-dom.

There's a lot more to him than they've shown so far.

Finally Saber has had enought of Emiya's bs, now maybe this show can live up to the hype I gave it after watching the trailer. Also it seem's like Saber fell for Shinji's plan, while she is fighting the witch's servent it looks like Rider is gonna fight the master.

@ masamuneehs: I think I read on that page Bud posted near the beginning that a Masterless Servant can hire out to a new master for a period of time before going back to where servants come from. So if you manage to kill a Master, but he or she's Servant kills yours, then you might make a contract with their servant. Though if what Tohsaka said about personalities is true then there might be tension in such pairings requiring wasted command spells.

What Tohsaka said about the personalities must be true: Emiya never listens to Saber, and heedlessly loiters around alone, just begging to be attacked or be tricked by other masters, and Saber shows the same headstrong disrespect by undertaking the battle Emiya didn't yet want to initiate. They are a perfect match, even though in this case it looks like they are a perfect match for a disaster, not for a success...

It'll be fine, Emiya probobly has secret hidden away powers, maybe something that could be evil and thus his dad didn't want him to develop it. And Saber is awesome...because she's Saber. I wonder if she has an awesome finishing move like Lancers...since this came from a game it's very likely that she does... I hope it's good.

The link to Typemoon's F/SN site is here

However, unless you can read/speak Japanese and buy the game, there is no way you'll be able to play it. As a TypeMoon game, just like Tsukihime there is over 60+ hours of text to read. People have tried to make translational patches, but its just so much that they've been working for years on the two games with no real progress. (I believe the Tsukihime work began first, and almost a year later they are 6% done.) If someone professionally was translating it, it might not take as long, but...the market for these games isn't THAT viable, so they don't really put too much effort into licensing and translating these games. Pity.

thanks for the feed back i think yur right about the market but i wish i knew more about the workings of game translations as i have seen this done for quite a few games buy fans of course most of them wear console games and a game with 60+ hours of text is well alot of damned text

was wondering, if i wanted to post something about the games, would it go here?
or in the Video Games section?...

I guess it depends on if the content applies to the show as well...

anyone about the ep. well its confirmed (whether it was hidden at all) that saber is much stronger than showed. and I HATE the assassin for interrupting saber when she was saying her name!

I don't recall AonE ever subbing this series. And to answer your question, yes Eclipse is very good.

Well, this time you're absolutely wrong Board. AonE does sub Fate/stay, as I should know since I've been watching their releases

Oh darn, because I thought mahou and Eclipse were the only two big names that subbed this series. I guess AonE is just pretty slow then.

Man when she fell asleep she was so cute. I want my own saber i would hug her and brush her hair and buy her candy =)

I like to watch rider move around, and with the exception of lancers master who hasnt been shown has anybody else noticed that all the servants are the opisite sex of there masters?

They haven't been slow at all... they are on episode 7

Anyways, episode 9 was pretty good...

Sasaki Kojiro, known as one of Musashi's greatest rivals... I read about him in the manga Vagabond, though I don't know how much of it has historical facts.... In the manga he was born deaf, doesn't seem like he is in this anime.
