Eating less rice/noodles/pasta while keeping the same level of vege/meat intake usually results in my snacking at 11pm though...
But there's nothing wrong with eating late at night as long as you're not loading up on carbohydrates, right?

Basically any vegetables, casein proteins (like milk or even lean beef), or the right kinds of fats are good for you up to at least hour before bed. To my knowledge, at least.
